Why I Coach
I have struggled, unable to move forward, constantly anxious, and without belief in myself. When I came to realize I was fighting against unhelpful unconscious habits, I began to see the nature of my life’s choices.
With Energy Psychology coaching and training plus Zen practice I saw the impact helping others untangle their unconscious programming has upon the world. It’s not just the person I help directly but, the people in their lives that are helped indirectly. The reach of such an impact is unknowable and without limit.

My story might seem familiar.
I grew up in the 1960s and 1970s, attended Catholic school, graduated from high school in 1981, university in 1985 and went on to a 30 year career in IT.
So, how did I become an Energy Psychology Coach?
Growing up I experienced, a traumatic accident at the age of 3, anxiety, and bullying. My father was loving but would blow up with anger.
As an adult, I struggled with the story in my head that told me I was living wrongly all the while struggling to do the right thing. Small things seemed large and out of control. Large things were overwhelming and the world was out to get me.
On the advice of a friend I contacted her therapist. This therapist offered me a choice between believing the world was a bad place and that my anxiety made me unsalvageable or...
Open up and see myself and the world in a reality based way.
So with Energy Psychology and Zen practice, I set out to heal my thinking.
The result was to uncover the stories that ran my life unconsciously. From there I discovered my own wisdom and insight that allows me to live from my purpose and intention instead of grasping for something outside myself to fix me.
The results brought me to where I am today, helping people just like you to live a fulfilling, creative, and purposeful life.
